Helping Women Move from Anxiety and Self-doubt to Confidence and Self-Trust

Specializing in therapy for high-achieving women experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship challenges throughout California and New York.

Does this sound familiar?

You spend so much time caring for others and meeting expectations that you've lost sight of your own needs. You're exhausted from overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or wondering why your relationships feel so difficult.

Therapy can help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build the confidence and self-trust needed to move forward.

Welcome. It’s nice to meet you.

Dr. Christina Daly (she/her) is a licensed psychologist in New York and California who specializes in helping women navigate anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. Dr. Daly earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from Pace University and has worked across a variety of clinical settings supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
