FAQs

  • Yes! The consultation is an excellent opportunity for us to see if we are the right fit.

  • Think of it as a “get-to-know-you” session. We’ll chat about what brings you to therapy, what’s been on your mind, and what you hope to get out of our work together. No pressure, no tests—just a space to start exploring.

  • Sessions are about 50 minutes long. Most people start with weekly sessions, but we can adjust the frequency depending on what feels right for you.

  • I offer telehealth sessions for clients in California and New York, allowing flexibility and accessibility from the privacy and comfort of your own space.

  • I work with folks navigating anxiety, perfectionism, transitions, self-worth, relationships, burnout, and grief. My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative—meaning we explore patterns and insights together, not just treat symptoms.
